At Black Limba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lingerie or activewear doesn't fit perfectly, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the hygiene seal remains intact for all intimate apparel.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
